Security Officers Recruitment is needs-only, tied to specific client locations. We don't hold mass general recruitments.
Installation Technicians Technical deployment may be project-based depending on site requirements and client demand.
Security Solutions Consultants Sales and consulting roles run on a performance-driven structure for people who can generate leads and close opportunities.

Field Operations

Security Officers

Guarding, access control, patrols, visitor management, site reporting, and professional client-facing security service.

Needs-only recruitment

Role purpose

Security Officers represent Urban Eye at client sites, protecting people, property, and daily operations with discipline and alertness.

Minimum qualifications

  • Age: 24 to 35 years.
  • Physically, mentally, and medically fit.
  • Good eyesight and ability to remain alert during duty.
  • Minimum KCSE mean grade of D+ and above.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate confidently in English and Kiswahili.
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct required.
  • No criminal record.

Professional expectations

  • Ability to work day or night shifts depending on deployment.
  • Basic report-writing ability.
  • Discipline, punctuality, and neat personal presentation.
  • Ability to follow site instructions and emergency procedures.
  • Previous guarding, access control, reception security, patrol, or CCTV control room experience is an advantage.

Technical Projects

Installation Technicians

CCTV, access control, alarms, structured cabling, app setup, testing, troubleshooting, and client handover.

Project-based

Role purpose

Installation Technicians support Urban Eye projects by installing, testing, configuring, and handing over security systems with neat, reliable, and professional workmanship.

Minimum qualifications

  • Proven experience installing CCTV, access control, alarm systems, or related security systems.
  • Basic understanding of IP networks, routers, mobile apps, and device integrations.
  • Clean installation standards with neat cabling and proper device placement.
  • Ability to test systems before handover.
  • Ability to explain basic system use to clients.
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct required.

Useful experience

  • CCTV camera installation and NVR setup.
  • Smart alarm systems and mobile app configuration.
  • Access control readers, locks, keypads, and user permissions.
  • Structured cabling and clean trunking work.
  • Basic troubleshooting and maintenance support.

Sales & Advisory

Security Solutions Consultants

Technical sales, site surveys, client advisory, proposal support, follow-up, and security framework explanation.

Performance-driven

Role purpose

Security Solutions Consultants help clients understand their risks and choose the right mix of guarding, CCTV, alarms, and monitoring.

Minimum qualifications

  • Proven B2B, real estate, security, facilities, or technical sales experience.
  • Ability to generate leads and follow up professionally.
  • Ability to learn and explain CCTV, alarms, access control, monitoring, and guarding frameworks.
  • Confidence conducting physical site surveys and identifying security gaps.
  • Strong communication, proposal, and client relationship skills.
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct required.

Best fit

  • People comfortable selling consultative security solutions, not just products.
  • Applicants with networks in real estate, facilities, retail, construction, logistics, or property management.
  • People who can explain risks clearly and recommend practical protection plans.
