These terms apply to your use of the Urban Eye Security website and to any request you send through it. "Urban Eye," "we," and "us" mean Urban Eye Security of St. Ellis, Wabera Street, Nairobi CBD, Kenya. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
This website describes our security systems and services so you can decide whether to contact us. It is general information, not a quotation or professional advice for your property. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm it in a written quotation or service agreement.
The site survey is free and places you under no obligation to buy. Sending a form or message asks us to contact you. It is not a purchase, contract, or confirmed booking. We confirm the survey date with you, usually on WhatsApp. After the survey, we send a written quotation.
The Corporate Risk Audit is a paid service, separate from the free site survey. The fee and scope are confirmed in writing before the audit is scheduled. If you hire Urban Eye for any of the recommended work within 90 days of the report, the full audit fee is credited against that work. The report belongs to you and can be used with any installer or guard company.
With PRO Monitoring, alarm alerts reach the Urban Eye team and our response partner at the same time. First responders attend, and serious incidents are escalated to armed response.
Response times vary with location, traffic, time of day, and site access, so we do not guarantee a specific response time. Alerts depend on working power, internet, and mobile networks at the property.
Your service agreement sets out the monitoring procedure, the contact people, and your responsibilities, such as keeping contact details up to date.
Once you accept a quotation, a separate written service agreement governs your installation, monitoring, lease, or guarding service. It sets out the scope, warranties, response procedures, payment terms, and each party's responsibilities. If that agreement and these website terms differ, the service agreement applies.
We design, install, monitor, and guard with care. However, no security system or service can prevent every incident. Our liability for any service is governed by the service agreement for that engagement, not by this website.
This website is provided "as is." We work to keep its information accurate and the site available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Kenyan law, including consumer protection law, that cannot legally be limited.
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Urban Eye Security and may not be copied without permission. Product names and logos of equipment brands belong to their owners.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute about this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
