This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits, see which pages and enquiry forms are used, and measure whether our advertising works. When you first visit, a cookie notice asks you to accept or decline.

This site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers record technical details such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Kenyan law treats fingerprints and face templates as sensitive personal data. Where biometric access control is used, the people enrolled should be told and give consent, and a card or code option should be available for anyone who declines.
With PRO Monitoring, when an alarm is triggered, the alert details reach our team and our response partner at the same time. These details include the site location, the type of event, and the site contacts. Our response partner uses them only to attend and respond to the incident.
If you apply for a role by email, we receive the documents you send. These may include your application letter, ID or passport copy, certificates, Certificate of Good Conduct, and referee details. We use them only to assess your application and check your suitability for the role. We keep them only for as long as recruitment for that role requires.
Formspree, Google, Meta, and Vercel may process data on servers outside Kenya. Where personal data is transferred outside Kenya, we rely on providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for personal data, in line with section 48 of the Data Protection Act, 2019.
